Detailed Insight: Salu’s Package Overview
Salu’s Monthly and Annual healthcare packages offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to your needs. Both packages include online & offline consultations with our multilingual medical team, available seven days a week, and managing sick leave, prescription renewals, and specialist referrals.
The Annual package stands out with extra perks, such as discounted pricing, exclusive add-on services, and family doctor registration, making it an even more attractive option for long-term healthcare management.
You can find a detailed list of services for both packages on the following page.
Online consultations
Whenever you have a health concern or question, you can contact our medical personnel through the Salu web platform.
Describe your concern or ask your question in the chat window, optionally add an illustrative photo of the problem, and our personnel will respond to you within an average of 30 minutes.
You can confidently turn to Salu’s medical personnel whenever you or your underage child have a health concern.
To review the list of services offered during online consultations, please see the “Online Consultation” table.
Medical procedures
If during an online consultation, Salu’s medical personnel sees the need for a physical examination, they may refer you or your underage child to a physical consultation at one of Salu’s partner clinics.
Generally, the physical examination takes place within a few working days of the initial online consultation.
To learn about the services offered during physical consultations, see the “Physical procedures” table.
Our selection of analyses
Ordering analyses requires a referral by a Salu doctor. Similar to other medical concerns, the process for analyses starts with an online consultation.
If Salu nurses/doctors see a need for additional analyses, they may either directly refer you for the analyses or call you or your underage child for a physical appointment at a Salu partner clinic.
Analysis results usually arrive within two business days, after which we recommend that you return to the Salu platform to discuss your analysis results and next steps with our medical personnel.
To view the analyses included in the Salu package, please see the “Analyses” table.
Healthcare services available for an additional fee
The Salu package includes most of the primary healthcare services that are needed. However, there may be situations where additional health tests, certificates, or procedures are required, which are not included in our extensive package.
For this purpose, we have collaborated with our partners to develop a list of services that we can offer for an additional fee outside the Salu package.
To order these services, all you need to do is start a conversation with a Salu healthcare professional. During the consultation, we can also confirm the exact price of the service.
To learn about the paid services available, please refer to the “Paid Services” table.
